Important decisions of Apex Council meeting held on 22nd Feruary 2023
 
1. Applications will be invited for Cricket Improvement Committee.
 
2. Dr. H. D. Kanga Cricket League 2023 to introduce H division with 16 teams which shall qualify from the Dr.H.D.Knockout tournament 2023.
 
3. Dr. H. D. Kanga Knockout Tournament 2023 will be played in April-May 2023.
 
4. Prize Money of Rs.10 lakhs announced to the Mumbai Under 14 team players and support staff who won the West Zone Championship.
 
5. Online sale of tickets for the India v Australia 1st ODI match to be played on 17th March 2023 at Wankhede Stadium will start on 1st March 2023 on Paytm Insider.
 
Important decisions of Apex Council meeting held on 25th January 2023
 
1. 1st Inter Club Women’s Tournament will be inaugurated on 8th March 2023 to celebrate International Women’s Day.
 
2. MCA T20 League for women players approved by Apex Council in the month of February 2023.
 
3. President Cup for maidan clubs will start on 11th February 2023.
 
4. MCA to conduct talent hunt for bowlers (Men &Women) in the month of March 2023.
 
Earlier Important Decisions of the Apex Council
 
1. Dr. H.D. Kanga League has been suspended for the season 2022-23 due to the non-completion of five A and B Divisions matches.
 
2. The election process for the MCA Vice President post has been started.
 
3. Members' coordination cell has been set up, and Mr. Suraj Samat (Apex Council Member) will handle the same. Mr. Suraj Samat will assist the member clubs with their registration process with the Charity Commissioner.
 
4. Smart cards will soon be provided to representatives of every member club and former international cricketers.
 
5. The President's Cup will be organised for all the maidan clubs from the A to G Divisions.
 
6. The inter-club league tournament will be organised for women cricketers.
 
7. Annual Prize Distribution function for all the pending years will be held on 6th January 2023 at BKC ground.
 
8. MCA mobile app to be developed and launched at the earliest.
 
9. Ringwell work at Azad and Oval maidan to be completed immediately.
 
10. Mr. Pramod Yadav and Mr. Sandeep Vichare are assigned the duty to review the applications received from Office Clubs for affiliation and report to the Apex Council.
