•	Elected as the Member of the Managing Committee of the Association in the Biennial Election held on 15th July 2011.

•	Played First Class Cricket for 20 years.

•	Represented India in Tests and One Day Internationals.

•	Represented Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy for 12 years and 6 years as Captain.

•	Coached Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra State Teams.

•	Coached India ‘A’ Teams, Under-19 Team for the World Cup

•	Former Coach of Kenya National Cricket Team

•	Worked as Director Cricket for Maharashtra

•	Worked as Director Cricket of Mumbai Cricket Association Indoor Cricket Academy at Bandra Kurla Complex.

•	Was Managing Committee Member of Mumbai Cricket Association in 2001-03.

•	Served on Cricket Improvement Committee (CIC) of Mumbai Cricket Association for a number of years.
